Overview
As a product designer at Experian Health, I was tasked with creating a comprehensive Figma prototype for our sales team. The goal was to develop a prototype that would showcase our products effectively, streamline sales presentations, and provide a seamless user experience. This case study outlines the process, challenges, and outcomes of the project.
Goals
Enhance Sales Presentations: Create a visually appealing and interactive prototype to demonstrate our product’s capabilities.
Streamline User Experience: Ensure the prototype is easy to navigate and understand for both the sales team and potential clients.
Flexibility: Design a scalable and adaptable prototype that can be updated as our product evolves.
Research and Planning
The project began with a thorough research phase. I collaborated with the sales team to understand their needs, pain points, and the typical flow of their presentations. Key insights included:

Design and Prototyping
Once the research phase was complete, I moved on to creating high-fidelity designs in Figma. This involved:

Testing and Iteration

Final Prototype
